Dreams Why Equity Builders Club Exists
Equity Builders Club was founded in early 2024 by Terrie Schauer. Before launching EBC, Terrie ran the English-language division of Quebec’s largest real estate coaching company. She saw the whole industry up close — what worked, what didn’t, and what was being sold to investors that flat-out shouldn’t have been.
Too many coaching programs pushed hard-sell tactics, delivered poor results, and left students unprepared for what real estate investing actually looks like on the ground. The pitch was polished. The follow-through wasn’t.
EBC was built to fix that. Not with more content, more modules, or a bigger promise — but with a system that actually works: real community, real education, and real accountability at every stage of the journey.
Real estate education that actually helps people invest. That was the gap. That’s still what we’re here to close.
