About Us & Our Mission
Equity Builders Club was founded in early 2024 by Terrie Schauer and Axel Monsaingeon. After running the English-language division of Quebec’s largest real estate coaching company, they launched EBC to fill a gap in the local market: real estate education that actually helps people invest.
Too many coaching programs push hard-sell tactics, deliver poor results, and leave students unprepared. EBC was created to fix that.
